Flik at West Catering Guidelines

These are only a few of the possible menu offerings that can be provided by our Culinary Team. Our experienced staff would be pleased to provide additional menu selections tailored to your personal needs and tastes.

When placing orders, a 48 hour notice is greatly appreciated. Any order submitted within the 24 hour timeline must be followed up with a phone call or conversation with the Food Service Director or Executive Chef to ensure availability and delivery of the request.

Additional charges may be incurred for linen, wait service or after hours events - please inquire when ordering.

All meals are priced for disposable caterware service. Additional charges may be added for events requesting China Service.

Notice: A late fee / surcharge of $25 will be added to all orders or changes submitted within 24 hours of the catering event. Same day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the catering order.

Non-disposable items used for catered events will be the responsibility of the customer. A charge may be occurred for any items not returned upon completion of a service.

In the event of a change or deletion, please call the catering hotline at 610-594-3308. If customer count is decreased within 24 hours you may be charged your original guest count depending on the menu item.

No Frills Menu is available and will be supplied with only the necessary plates and plastic cutlery.

No Frills options will be delivered in Aluminum Pans or bags and are intended for drop off or Pick Up.

No Frills options are intended for more of an economic catering solution.

No Frills options are not suggested for outside guests or client meetings.
